Along with this we are introducing our new line of appetizers with an Indian flair. This is called Chaat, and many chaat tend towards the spicy, tangy side with lots of tamarind and yogurt. We will start with aloo chaat - this is a potato based appetizer topped with a spicy tamarind sauce, yogurt, and drizzled with cilantro. Other chaat to come online - kebabs, both vegetarian, and chicken with lamb to follow (remember NovelTeas only serves halal chicken and we are trying to source the lamb as well), bhel puri (this is a mixed appetizer of parched rice, diced onions and tomatoes and potatoes, all mixed into a tangy chutney).
Tofu and Paneer are set to follow soon.
